Sociamonials FAQ: plans, agencies and AI assistants
Sociamonials combines social publishing, campaigns and reporting. Choose AgencyPro when you want to deliver services or offer branded software across client workspaces. For your own business, compare Grow and Thrive; an eligible paid account can connect an AI assistant through the Workspace API and MCP.

I already use Sociamonials—what should I complete this week?
Sign in to your existing workspace and choose one useful deliverable for this week. Confirm the brand brief, create a draft, get the required approval, schedule it to the intended profiles and inspect the eventual delivery result. Then set next week’s review date. If you want to add an AI assistant, check your account’s API eligibility before connecting. For one business, follow Workspace API setup and validate a draft in that workspace. AgencyPro operators can use the assigned-workspace rehearsal. Review your current plan and upgrade options before buying another subscription.
Which plan should I choose?
Start with the business you intend to run. AgencyPro fits agencies that need to manage multiple clients or sell branded software access. Grow and Thrive are the starting comparison for a business managing its own marketing. Choose the smallest plan that covers your actual profiles, campaign entries and required features. An AI assistant connection by itself does not mean you need an agency subscription.
How much do Grow and Thrive cost?
Grow costs $29 USD per month, or $288 billed annually ($24 per month equivalent). Thrive costs $49 USD per month, or $468 billed annually ($39 per month equivalent). These are current base-plan prices, checked September 30, 2026. Historical deals, agency-resold plans and promotions can have different terms. Review the current plan comparison and the amount shown at checkout.
How many campaign entries are included?
The current base Grow plan includes 5,000 campaign entries per month; the current base Thrive plan includes 100,000. Campaign entries are a separate allowance from social profiles and social posts. Historical offers, add-ons and agency arrangements may differ, so check your account when evaluating an existing subscription.
Does the free trial include the API or MCP server?
No. The ordinary free trial lets you evaluate the web application; it does not include Workspace API or MCP access. API access requires an eligible paid or lifetime account. For an agency-resold client account, the client plan must also enable API Access. Review API eligibility before paying for an assistant workflow.
Can I run campaigns as well as schedule social posts?
Yes. Sociamonials includes campaign tools as well as publishing. Treat a campaign as its own project: choose its type, configure entry requirements, review its public page and plan follow-up. API coverage is operation-specific; the availability of sweepstakes tools does not mean every campaign builder feature can be automated. Check campaign features and the relevant API documentation for your intended workflow.
What can reporting tell me about results?
Reporting helps you inspect the metrics the product and connected platforms make available. Define the outcome before you start: a completed post, a campaign entry, a qualified lead and a paid customer are different events. Sales attribution requires the relevant tracking and a match to your actual sales records. A page view, click or AI referral alone does not establish revenue.
What should I do in my first week?
Pick one repeatable deliverable: a reviewed weekly content plan for one business or client. Confirm the brand brief, connect the intended profiles, create a draft, obtain the required approval, then schedule and check the eventual publishing result. Set a date to repeat the process the following week. Agencies should prove that workflow with one client before adding more; our rehearsal shows how to check an assistant workflow before a post is created.
