The API and MCP support drafts, scheduling and delivery-focused reporting. The API offers dry-run validation and optional approval routing. Configure the actual agent permissions and client approval process before allowing write actions. Ordinary free trials do not include API access. Read the AgencyPro API scope and requirements.
Your first client deliverable
- Define one service. Agree the client’s objective, weekly deliverable, revision scope and approval owner. Choose a fee based on your costs and scope.
- Set up the client workspace. Confirm the business and profiles, then choose the permissions needed for that service. Keep client information with the correct client.
- Complete a draft-to-delivery cycle. Prepare a sourced brief, review the proposed posts, check the destinations and record delivery. Establish the next review date.

What you still own
Automation can carry out a defined workflow. Your agency still owns positioning, prospect conversations, accurate client information, service quality and follow-up. Plan for onboarding and support work, revisions, disconnected profiles and posts that need attention. Neither a subscription nor an AI agent guarantees revenue, profit or client retention.
AI-tool subscriptions and other services you choose may have their own costs. Review the tools and usage your service requires before setting a client price. Product permissions do not grant permission to use a client’s images, claims or account without their agreement.

These are recurring monthly subscriptions. The 30-day refund policy is for new, first-time members who cancel within 30 days of first signing up. Prior account holders are excluded, including those using different account details. Read the Terms of Service, including Refunds (item 7), and confirm the selected plan and monthly amount before payment. The current AgencyPro offer allows cancellation; additional workspaces and any extra services should be checked against your current account terms.
