Check an agency social-post batch with AI before CSV import

Sociamonials Editorial · Published October 15, 2026 · Sources and review method below

Give the assistant one client’s current factual brief and a numbered post batch. Ask for a review register that preserves the supplied copy and marks specific problems with client identity, repeated posts, publication timing, factual claims and media. Resolve each flagged row with its owner. Transfer eligible, approved rows into the current Sociamonials import template, then confirm profiles, batch settings and the resulting queue.[1][2]

1. Make batch review a concrete client deliverable

A batch review register lets an agency show what is ready for the next decision, which inputs are missing and who supplies them. It can accompany a weekly content service or the first batch for a new client. Use AI to prepare a proposed register, then inspect its decisions against the original records. Keep the supplied copy intact so a reviewer can see the issue before accepting any correction.

Our fictional client is Cedar Pottery Studio. Its brief confirms a beginner class on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 6 PM, suitable for people with no previous experience, and permission to invite booking questions. Remaining places, prices and media assets are unconfirmed. The exercise’s review time is November 2, 2026 at 9 AM America/Los_Angeles. These are invented inputs for a written example, not customer records or a tested import.

2. Keep the review register separate from the import file

Sociamonials’ CSV preparation guide directs users to download its example template, preserve its header names and use a row for each post. It describes separate date/time fields and direct hosted media files, including .jpeg or .png images and .mp4 video. Use the current downloaded template when preparing the actual import file; do not invent its exact headers from a prose summary.[1]

The downloadable worksheet here is a review register, not a Sociamonials import template. Client labels, row IDs, review results and owner decisions belong in this register. Copy only resolved, approved post data into the appropriate fields of the product’s current template. Our combined timestamps express proposed publication times in this exercise; they are not documented CSV column values. The class’s 6 PM start and a post’s 10 AM publication time are separate facts.

3. Compare two eligible examples with six specific holds

P1 and P7 use only Cedar’s confirmed facts and have publication times after the exercise’s review time and before the November 9 class: P1 on November 9 at 10 AM and P7 on November 8 at 10 AM. They pass our supplied editorial checks, with profile selection, approval and actual import checks still pending. P2 repeats P1 at the same time. P3 lacks an exact publication time. P4 belongs to Birch Café. Keep those problems explicit instead of rewriting all eight records and losing their history.

P5 invents remaining capacity. P6 supplies a web page where a direct image file is needed. P8 is already in the past relative to the exercise’s November 2 review. A neutral alternative for P5 is “Ask the studio about booking our November 9 beginner pottery class.” That wording is an authored suggestion for review, not a client-approved replacement. The worksheet’s results are hand-written reference decisions, not assistant responses or product error messages.

4. Use a prompt that returns decisions before edits

Reusable prompt: “Review this proposed social-post batch for Cedar using only its supplied current brief. Preserve every row ID, original caption and original timing/media inputs. Return client, row ID, specific check result, reason and next owner action. Check for another client’s material; repeated caption plus publication time; missing exact publication timing; a publication time earlier than the supplied review time; time-sensitive booking or offer copy scheduled after its referenced event or deadline; unconfirmed business claims; and media inputs that conflict with the supplied file requirements. Mark missing evidence as unresolved. Do not infer capacity, dates, time zone, profile IDs or use rights. Propose corrections separately, leaving originals intact. Do not import, schedule or publish.” Attach the exact brief, review time and eight records.

Compare the returned register with our reference decisions. It should identify P2–P6 and P8, keep P1 and P7 eligible only for the next review step, and explain each remaining action. An assistant may miss a row or confuse event timing with publication timing. Check row IDs and counts against the input, compare publication times with both the review time and referenced class time, inspect each hold, and ask the named owner for missing facts. The written example establishes no accuracy percentage or time saving.

5. Confirm the actual import and publishing destinations

The documented CSV import process has users select destination profiles and apply batch settings before adding posts to the queue. It instructs users to inspect errors and review the resulting queue. Before your approved import, verify the intended workspace, selected profiles and settings against the client brief. Afterward, compare the resulting posts with the resolved records, including copy, timing and media. An AI review result does not establish what was imported or where it will appear.[2]

If your agency instead connects an AI agent to permitted client operations, AgencyPro’s API documents separate client workspace permissions and optional approval routing for API-created posts. It requires an active AgencyPro subscription on the primary agency workspace; ordinary free trials exclude API access. Check the actual tools and required approvals for that separate integration. This CSV review workflow establishes no native AI batch checker or equivalent API bulk-import capability.[3]

6. Demonstrate the service and repeat it next week

Show an agency prospect the original batch, the filled register and the resolved handoff. Explain who supplies facts and assets, who reviews copy, and who confirms client destinations. That gives the prospect a concrete way to evaluate a recurring content service. Agree revision scope and ownership before packaging the work; do not promise unattended publishing or sales from this worksheet.

Evaluate AgencyPro when you deliver social content across separate client workspaces. Use the overview below to compare that scope with your service, and begin with one client’s completed review and authorized delivery. For a single business, compare the appropriate single-workspace plan. Retain the reviewed register alongside the resulting batch so the next week’s editor can identify unresolved inputs and avoid repeating an old submission.

When this approach needs adjusting

  • All client facts, captions, times and decisions are fictional authored examples. No model evaluation, customer action, product import or publishing test was performed.
  • The worksheet is a review register, not an import file. Use the current product template and verify its required fields in the actual import process.
  • Passing these supplied editorial checks does not verify media availability, network requirements, account settings, permissions or final delivery.
  • A prompt does not enforce publishing permissions. Resolve missing facts and obtain the required review before connected writes.

Return to this next week

Prepare the next batch using the same client IDs and current facts. Compare row counts and copy with the previous approved batch, record missing-input owners, and retain the actual queue checks. Use repeated issues to improve the intake brief and agreed review process.
