Check agency client post presets with AI before reusing them
Give the assistant each client’s approved publishing brief and a record of the preset settings you want to reuse. Ask it to compare selected profiles, comments, hashtags, repeat dates, approval preferences and default behavior. Keep mismatches visible and return complete proposed corrections. Inspect the actual saved preset and resulting post before an authorized publishing action. The assistant prepares the comparison; a record in a worksheet does not change product settings or grant permission to publish.
1. Offer a repeatable client publishing setup
An agency can include a reviewed preset register in its client onboarding and recurring content service. Agree which profiles belong to the client, which settings may be reused, who reviews changes and who performs the actual product setup. A prospect can inspect the register before buying the service. Keep the initial scope concrete: a configuration brief, a review decision and a verified handoff for each intended workflow.
Sociamonials documents Post Presets for storing selected profiles and publishing settings. Its guide describes saving a new preset and applying saved preferences on later posts, including repeat settings, an end date and a first comment. This supports a native reuse workflow. It does not establish that an assistant can create or inspect presets through MCP or the API, or that this example has been tested in an account.[1]
2. Supply exact client records instead of a preset name alone
Our fictional agency serves Oak Street Bakery and Moss Bookshop. Both briefs require manual preset selection, approval before publishing and no reposting unless a specific dated brief permits it. Bakery profiles are labeled B-FB and B-IG in this worksheet; bookshop profiles are M-FB and M-IG. These are teaching references, not real network or API IDs. The supplied notes use Main Page as shorthand for two different Facebook pages, so that shorthand alone cannot resolve ownership.
The exercise review is November 16, 2026 at 9 AM America/Los_Angeles. A proposed first post is November 17 at 10 AM in that zone, after review. Jules is the fictional client reviewer. P01–P06 are invented configuration records assembled for comparison; they are not presets read from a real product account. No separate assistant trial, preset creation, account change, scheduling or publication occurred.
3. Compare all six configuration records
P01 is Bakery weekly menu v1. Its proposed configuration is B-FB and B-IG, category Weekly menu, no reposting, approval required and no default application. Its first comment is Ask our team for this week’s menu. Its hashtag group contains only #OakStreetBakery. It is a candidate for Jules’s review because it follows the fictional brief. The actual account, saved fields, full post and applicable media still require inspection.
P02 is an old bakery sale record whose supplied offer ended November 15 at 5 PM Pacific, before the November 16 review. Hold it; a reusable preset name does not renew the offer. Its approval, default, first-comment and hashtag-group fields were not supplied; keep them unknown. P03 is a proposed bookshop setup incorrectly listing B-FB with M-IG. Replace B-FB with M-FB in the proposed record and review the full corrected selection. This is an intentionally mismatched input, not evidence that Sociamonials allows access across unrelated workspaces.
P04 supports a fictional book-club event on November 20 at 6 PM Pacific. Its brief permits reposting only through November 19, before the event day. The proposed first send, November 17 at 10 AM, is after review and before that cutoff. Inspect the actual end-date control and every resulting slot; this example does not establish time-of-day precision or inclusive-date behavior for the native setting. P05 is held because its default-on request conflicts with the bakery’s manual-selection brief. P06 needs its bakery-menu first comment replaced with the bookshop’s complete comment: Ask our team about current titles.
4. Reuse this bounded comparison prompt
Compare the proposed preset records with the named client’s approved publishing brief. Return preset reference, client, exact profile references, every supplied setting, mismatch, complete proposed correction, reviewer and next action. Resolve profiles from the supplied ownership record, not a shorthand name. Check first comments, hashtag groups, repeat settings, end dates, approval preferences and default requests. Use the review clock and proposed send times to identify expired offers or an event-day conflict; do not assume the product’s date-boundary semantics. Preserve unknown fields and request actual saved-state verification. A repeated label does not establish a shared profile or access right. Do not invent permissions, product fields, API support or client approval. Do not open accounts, change or delete presets, select defaults, create posts, schedule, publish or contact anyone. Inputs: [approved client briefs, ownership record, review clock, proposed times and complete preset records].
The illustrative result has four candidates for further review: P01, P03 after the profile correction, P04 within its supplied date rule and P06 after the comment correction. P02 and P05 remain held. The worksheet keeps supplied values, unknowns, proposed corrections and a named next action visible. These are authored reference decisions for a fictional fixture, not observed assistant responses, saved product states or completed client approvals.
5. Inspect the saved preset and the resulting post
The native guide includes optional Hold for Approval and a default setting that applies the preset when creating new posts. It also documents using the star control again to stop default application. Treat those as settings to inspect in the actual current context. They do not establish that a preset grants a person authority or that a default carries between agency client workspaces.[1]
After the authorized reviewer agrees the configuration, the operator should compare the actual saved fields with the exact approved register. Apply the preset only in the intended client context, then inspect the resulting profiles, text, first comment, hashtags, repeat behavior and current future send time together. Resolve any mismatch before an authorized publishing action. Check the observed outcome afterward; a reviewed configuration record alone cannot establish that the correct post was delivered.
6. Demonstrate the recurring service with AgencyPro
The AgencyPro API operates client workspaces through one integration with separate client permissions and optional approval routing for API-created posts. It requires an active AgencyPro subscription on the primary agency workspace; ordinary free trials exclude API access. The Workspace API serves one brand workspace. These public facts establish scope and eligibility, not an API operation for Post Presets or proof that native presets control an agent’s permissions.[2]
Use the AgencyPro overview below to evaluate a service combining separate client workspaces, reviewed publishing setups and authorized content delivery. Demonstrate one corrected profile record and one held record to an agency prospect. Explain which settings your operator verifies and who approves the complete post. Repeat the comparison when a client changes its profiles, offer or publishing brief. Track verified client handoffs separately from paid accounts, sales or any claimed reduction in errors.
Fictional client preset register: four review candidates and two holds
| Preset / client | Supplied profile record | Other supplied settings | Authored correction / decision | Reviewer / next action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P01 / Bakery weekly menu v1 | B-FB and B-IG; bakery references. | Weekly menu; repost off; approval required; default off. Comment: Ask our team for this week’s menu. Group: #OakStreetBakery. | Candidate for further review; complete proposed configuration matches the supplied brief. | Jules: verify actual profiles, fields, post and media. Proposed first send November17 10AM Pacific follows November16 9AM review. |
| P02 / Bakery old sale | B-FB and B-IG; offer ended November15,2026 5PM Pacific. | Sale category; old repost cutoff November15; proposed reuse November17 10AM. Approval, default, first comment and hashtag group not supplied. | Hold: offer is already over at review. Do not renew the offer by applying a preset or merely changing its end date. | Jules: supply a new approved offer or choose a current non-sale brief, then compare a new configuration. |
| P03 / Moss new arrivals v1 | Supplied B-FB and M-IG; B-FB belongs to bakery in the fixture. | New arrivals; repost off; approval required; default off. Comment: Ask our team about current titles. Group: #MossBookshop. | Candidate only after correcting the proposed profiles to M-FB and M-IG. No product field has been changed. | Jules: confirm the corrected ownership record and actual saved selections in the intended bookshop context before use. |
| P04 / Moss book club November20 | M-FB and M-IG; event November20,2026 6PM Pacific. | Book club; approval required; default off; repost permitted only through November19; no reusable first comment or hashtag group requested. | Candidate within supplied date rule. First proposed send November17 10AM is future at review and precedes cutoff. | Jules: inspect actual native end-date behavior and resulting slots; no event-day or later sends allowed by this fictional brief. |
| P05 / Bakery default-on proposal | B-FB and B-IG; bakery still requires manual preset selection. | Weekly menu; repost off; approval required; default on requested. Comment: Ask our team for this week’s menu. Group: #OakStreetBakery. | Hold default-on request. Full proposed correction: B-FB and B-IG; Weekly menu; repost off; approval required; default off. Comment: Ask our team for this week’s menu. Group: #OakStreetBakery. Requires review and actual saved-state verification. | Jules: resolve the mismatch. Authorized operator checks the star/default control; do not delete a preset based on this worksheet. |
| P06 / Moss comment correction | M-FB and M-IG; bookshop references. | New arrivals; repost off; approval required; default off; group #MossBookshop. Supplied comment incorrectly says Ask our team for this week’s menu. | Candidate after replacing the proposed comment with Ask our team about current titles. | Jules: approve the full corrected record, inspect saved first comment and resulting post; no automatic client approval is implied. |
When this approach needs adjusting
- All clients, profile references, preset records, decisions and dates are fictional. No separate prompt test, actual preset read, account action, saved setting or publication was observed.
- The source documents native Post Presets. Actual field behavior, client context, connected profiles and date boundaries require current inspection; this worksheet is not a product configuration export.
- Preset names and defaults do not establish ownership, permission or final approval. This example does not demonstrate copying or access between agency client workspaces.
- The API evidence establishes workspace scope and eligibility, not supported preset creation or inspection through API/MCP, identical native/API behavior or measured business outcomes.
Return to this next week
Compare the next client batch with the current approved register. Reopen rows affected by profile, comment, event or default changes; resolve each hold with its owner and inspect actual saved settings before authorized use. Keep the exact reviewed configuration, resulting post and observed delivery evidence together. Measure the recurring service through completed client handoffs, with commercial outcomes tracked separately.
