Build a reusable first-comment library with AI for agency clients
Give the assistant the client’s approved facts, main posts, intended networks, review clock and reuse deadlines. Ask for a short first comment that adds useful information to each post, with a named review decision. Keep the main post and comment together in a library. Before reusing a recent comment or applying a saved preset, check the client, event date, selected profiles and inherited settings again. Publish only after the actual pair and route have been approved and verified.
1. Offer complete post-and-comment pairs
A first-comment library can be a practical part of an agency’s weekly content pack. Each record contains the approved main post, a supporting comment, intended destinations and a reuse instruction. Demonstrate the pair to a prospect: the post introduces the topic, while the comment supplies a preparation note, relevant choice or confirmed opening hours. Agree who keeps those facts current and who approves each reuse before promising the recurring service.
Sociamonials documents an Add a First Comment control that can reuse a recent comment or accept new text. The operator chooses networks and adds the comment to those selections. The Facebook/Instagram guide also describes a First Comment field in the network preview. Inspect the actual available controls and final destinations; these help pages do not prove identical support or delivery behavior for every network and media format.[1][2]
2. Define the client brief and review clock
Our fictional client is Northline Camera Shop. The exercise review is November 16, 2026 at 9 AM America/Los_Angeles. Its assumed approved brief says an indoor low-light workshop takes place in the shop on November 20 at 6 PM Pacific; participants should bring a charged camera battery and a memory card. Beginner sessions cover portraits and indoor low-light scenes. The tripod display is available in store during November 16–20, with opening hours Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific for that week only.
Avery is the fictional client reviewer. The planned C1 and C2 destinations are Facebook and Instagram; C3 is Facebook only. The three proposed sends are November 17, 18 and 19 respectively, each at 10 AM Pacific. These times are after the exercise review. C1 precedes the November 20 workshop; C3 precedes the end of the supplied store week. All facts, text and decisions below are authored teaching inputs. No account, assistant output, product setting or publication was tested.
3. Prepare three complete reference pairs
C1 main post: Join Northline Camera Shop for an indoor low-light photography workshop on November 20 at 6 PM Pacific. First comment: Bring a charged camera battery and a memory card. The session takes place in our shop. This adds the preparation details from the brief. Retire this invitation pair at the workshop’s November 20, 6 PM start; recheck the real review clock and event details before any authorized send.
C2 main post: Choosing your first photography class? Tell Northline Camera Shop what you want to photograph. First comment: Our beginner sessions cover portraits and indoor low-light scenes. Ask our team which topic matches your goal. Keep this pair as a further-review candidate for November 18. Its next proposed fact review is November 23 at 9 AM Pacific; that is an editorial reminder, not evidence that those sessions will remain available indefinitely.
C3 main post: See Northline Camera Shop’s tripod display in store this week. First comment: Our opening hours this week are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific. The proposed November 19 send falls within the supplied week. Retire the pair at November 20, 6 PM Pacific; neither the display availability nor this week’s hours should silently become next week’s promises. All three full comment references fit this exercise’s 180-character editorial budget, which is not a universal platform limit.
C4 pairs a broad beginner-workshop post with an old comment inviting people to November 14 at 10 AM Pacific. That event has already ended at the November 16 review, so hold the pair and request an approved replacement. C5 is a recent Marina Cycles brake-check comment inside Northline’s proposed batch; exclude it from Northline’s library. A recent comment is a reuse input, not proof that the client, event and current post still match.
4. Reuse this bounded preparation prompt
Prepare a first-comment library for the named client from the supplied approved brief and main posts. Return record ID, exact main post, proposed first comment, client, intended networks, proposed send time, reuse deadline or next review, reviewer and decision. Add a useful supplied detail instead of inventing availability, discounts, locations, product outcomes or opening hours. Keep each comment within our stated editorial budget. Use the review date, time and zone; compare every proposed send with that clock and any event start or reuse deadline. Hold stale invitations and unsupported details. Exclude another client’s text. Preserve the difference between a suggested fact-review reminder and an actual expiry. Treat recent comments and presets as inputs requiring checks. Do not open accounts, change presets, create drafts, queue, schedule, publish or contact anyone. Inputs: [approved brief, review clock, main posts, destinations and existing comment records].
The authored reference outcome is three candidates for Avery’s actual review, one dated hold and one wrong-client exclusion. The worksheet includes the full reference comments and their paired posts. Compare any real assistant response with the approved brief, then check the exact pair rather than accepting a fluent comment on its own. These reference decisions are not measured model results, client approvals or observed publishing statuses.
5. Check what a saved preset will apply
The Post Presets guide says presets retain profile selections and publishing settings, including the first comment, repost settings and end date, call to action and hashtag group. It also describes optional Hold for Approval and making a preset the default for new posts. Review those saved choices before reuse; a suitable comment does not establish that its inherited profiles or repost dates suit this post.[3]
For this fictional library, name any proposed preset by client and purpose, then have the authorized operator inspect its actual profile selections, first comment, approval choice and any repeat/end settings. Check that C3’s Facebook-only brief has not inherited C1’s two-network selection. Keep C1 and C3’s dated text out of later repeats. Reopen the pair in the relevant preview and verify any actual published main post and comment separately. A saved field does not by itself establish successful comment delivery.
6. Demonstrate the recurring service with AgencyPro
The AgencyPro API operates client workspaces through one integration with per-client permissions and optional approval routing for API-created posts. It requires an active AgencyPro subscription on the primary agency workspace; ordinary free trials exclude API access. The Workspace API serves one brand workspace. These public facts establish broader publishing scope and eligibility. Confirm the specific operation, fields and result before offering automated first-comment or preset writes through an agent.[4]
Use the AgencyPro overview below to evaluate separate client workspaces and the wider social-delivery service. Show a prospect C1’s complete pair, C3’s restricted destination and the two unresolved records. Explain who confirms the next workshop and store hours, who checks saved settings and what evidence will show actual delivery. Start with one client’s weekly library; add more clients after that recurring handoff works. Measure qualified conversations and paid accounts separately from prepared or published content counts.

When this approach needs adjusting
- All client facts, post/comment pairs, decisions and dates are fictional. No model run, account inspection, preset change, client approval, scheduling or publication occurred.
- The 180-character comment budget is this exercise’s editorial choice. Verify actual limits, supported media and comment behavior for the specific publishing route.
- Recent comments and saved presets can contain facts or settings that no longer fit. Recheck the current client, destination, clock and any event or reuse deadline.
- No claim that first comments improve reach, engagement or sales is established here. Verify actual post and comment delivery, and measure commercial results separately.
Return to this next week
Ask Avery for the next approved workshop and store-hours brief. Retire expired pairs, review C2’s session facts and resolve C4 before reuse. Inspect the exact saved destinations and repeat settings on each authorized post. Retain approved wording and actual delivery evidence, then use the completed client handoff to evaluate the next recurring content pack.
